Tile Leveling Systems

The innovative tile leveling systems are designed to improve installation quality by preventing tile lippage, uneven tile edges, which not only look unprofessional but also pose a tripping hazard. Currently available are two 1/16-inch clip leveling systems: a 100-piece starter kit with clips and wedges, and a cap-and-thread system with clips and caps. Both systems work by placing clips along the four edges of each tile between the tile and the adhesive. In the wedge system, wedges are inserted into the clips after the tiles are set to hold them in place. In the cap-and-thread version, caps are screwed onto the clips after tile placement, tightening them until flush with the tile surface. After the mortar has fully cured (typically 24 hours), both systems can be easily removed using pliers, a rubber mallet, or simply by tapping them with your foot.
